Matt has practiced general civil litigation in Seattle since 1987. He has a broad range of trial and appellate litigation experience, focusing on class action, consumer protection, intellectual property, and complex civil litigation matters.  Recent successes include successful prosecutions of copyright and trademark claims in federal court; favorable settlements of class actions involving hospital charity care, undisclosed hospital charges, Federal wage and hour violations, and improper sub-prime lending; defense judgments for several Fortune 500 clients in federal court and private arbitrations; and victories for Washington farm workers and immigrant workers in civil rights and pro bono cases in both state and federal courts.
