Blair Stone has a civil litigation practice, focusing on consumer class actions and product liability matters. Blair began her legal career as a law clerk for Judge Betty Binns Fletcher, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Thereafter, she worked for Heller Ehrman White & McAuliffe as a litigation associate. After attending the LL.M program in taxation as the University of Washington, Blair focused on estate planning at Gores & Blais (since merged into Perkins Coie), and Montgomery Purdue Blankinship & Austin. When John Phillips founded Phillips Law Group, she rejoined her Heller colleagues, John and Matt, and returned to the practice of litigation.
Blair received her B.A. from UCLA (magna cum laude) and her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania (Order of the Coif), where she was an executive editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. Blair completed her coursework for an LL.M. in taxation at the University of Washington. Prior to law school, Blair completed the chef's training program at Los Angeles Trade Technical College.
