- Obtained defense judgment for Fortune 500 company in race discrimination suit (2008)
- Zavala v. Zirkle Fruit Co. (2008) (obtained class-wide settlement and compensation for class of 597 Mexican guest workers in employment litigation involving federal H-2A guest worker program)
- Tague v. Corporate Express, Inc. (2004) (represented former employee in lawsuit for unpaid sales commissions; successfully resolved through settlement)
- Turner v. Kraft Foods Global, inc. (2004-2005) (defended employer against claims by former employee for disability and gender discrimination; successfully resolved through settlement)
- Ratcliff v. Corporate Express, Inc. (2004-2005) (represented former employee in declaratory judgment action challenging validity of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements; successfully resolved through settlement)
- Represented former employee of prominent Seattle area golf club regarding claims for age and gender discrimination; successfully resolved through settlement (2004)
